O-COCOSDA 2025

1. Registration payment can be made using one of the following payment method:

  Please pay the registration fee using USD if your bank can not transfer using IDR.
  
2. Please note that money transfers made via bank transfer or PayPal may incur transfer fees. Transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant (sender). Transfer fees may vary depending on each bank’s policy. Please consult with your bank officer regarding the amount of transfer fee. Participants must pay any outstanding registration fee if the amount received by the committee is less than the required registration fee.
   
3. The Full registration fee covers admission to all conference sessions, lunch, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, gala dinner, a half day city tour on Friday 14th of November.
   
4. Please note that fees of accommodation and transportation from/to airport are not included in registration fee.
   
5. The recording of early-bird payments refers to the date when the transfer was initiated, not the date when the payment was received in the KORIKA.O-COCOSDA account, based on the proof of payment uploaded through the registration form.
6. Participants are required to inform the committee via email at info@ococosda2025.id if, for any reason, they are unable to make the registration payment in advance and must instead pay onsite (during the conference). The onsite payment will be charged at the regular rate.
7. After completing the payment, please fill out the registration form through the Registration menu on the O-COCOSDA website.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration one month or more prior to the conference (October 12th, 2025, or before) will be refunded the full amount paid (minus the transfer fee to the participant). Cancellations up to two weeks prior to the conference (October 31st, 2025) will be refunded a half of amount paid (minus up minus the transfer fee to the participant). Cancellations made after two weeks prior to the start of the conference (November 1, 2025, or after) or the participants do not attend the conference will not receive a refund.

Notes:

1. Registration fees can be transferred to an alternative participant. Please feel free to contact info@ococosda2025.id for this request if needed.
2. Cancellation due to governmental travel restrictions, failure to obtain a visa, or serious illness that prevents travel to the conference will be refunded the full amount paid (minus the transfer fee to the participant), regardless of when the notification is received before the start of the conference. Documentation supporting the cancellation exceptions is required.
